A Pep Talk from Kid President to You

Once in a while people really need a good pep talk (oy yes, you too).

Not everybody has the chance of receiving good advice, but luckily these days you can get it from people all over the world, just like this kid for example.

Just watch it and listen to what 8 year old Kid President has got to say! :-)

Let's wait and see what he achieves in the next few years....

Vanessa Paradis - new H&M face

Apparently the breakup with hubbie Johnny Depp was not to Vanessa's disadvantage.
After various successful campaigns for Miu Miu and Chanel, Vanessa Paradis - at the age of 42 - will be the new face for the H&M Conscious collection.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with imperfections, but I must be critical over this video that H&M made, more particularly for the model they chose. It seems to me that so far she has always been well-styled, but right now she's in motion and that doesn't seem to work out very well.

If it wouldn't have been for these excellent marketing tools I suppose this video would be worthless..

& Other stories

The Swedish multinational clothing company H&M will be starting a new concept this spring, "& Other stories".

This fashion brand is created for women and consists mainly in accessories - think shoes, bags, jewelry, lingerie & beauty.

I'm curious what they will have to offer us more than H&M, COS or Monki. Let's wait and see wheter the somewhat uncomfortable name "& Other stories" will have the same success as its little brother & sister.
One thing future shoppers can be sure of is that"Prices will start where H&M prices end", according to CEO Karl-Johan Persson.
